Dr. Alan Hawkins
Alan has served in ministry for more than 50 years, much of that time as a pastor in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Born and raised in Mississippi, Alan married his wife, Gail, in 1974, and together they have devoted their lives to shepherding and teaching God’s people.
After retiring from local church ministry in 2021, Alan began focusing fully on teaching theology. He currently teaches at the Global Awakening School of Ministry and the Global Awakening Theological Seminary, while also traveling with Gail to minister in churches across the country. Known as a spiritual father and mentor, Alan carries both wisdom and compassion, faithfully pointing people back to Christ.
Gail hawkins
Gail Hawkins carries a deep love for Jesus and a passion for nurturing others in their walk of faith. For decades, she has served alongside Alan in ministry, offering wisdom, hospitality, and a gentle strength that encourages everyone she meets. Whether she is teaching, praying with someone, or simply offering a listening ear, Gail moves in the Holy Spirit and is filled with his presence and power.
She has played a vital role in shaping the heart and culture of Alan Hawkins Ministries—helping people experience God’s power, his peace, and helping them strengthen themselves in his presence daily.
